    Jareks pytt Bellman (stuvad) med stekt ägg, saltgurka och picklad rödbeta.

  • Vegetarian of the week

    Bakad spetskål med Gruyèreost, brynt smör med hasselnötter, klyftpotatis aioli och frösmul.

  • Fish of the week

    Bakad fångst med brynt smör, riven pepparrot, färskpotatis och skaldjursröra.

  • Pasta of the week

    Öijareds carbonara med bacon, grädde, silverlök, äggula, vitlök och färskriven parmesan.

På fredagar ersätts Veckans kött med vår fredagsgrill för 199 kronor. Grillbuffén består av flera olika sorters grillat kött, rostad potatis, grillade grönsaker och hemlagade såser.

On Fridays, Meat of the Week and Pasta of the Week are replaced with our Friday grill.

The barbecue buffet consists of several different types of grilled meat, roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables and homemade sauces.

A salad bar, soup of the day, and coffee and cake are included.

Monday–Friday: 169 SEK. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays: 189 SEK.

Monday–Saturday: We serve our regular lunch menu.

Sunday: We invite you to join us for Christmas lunch. Reservations are required.

    Served with lingonberries and a cream made from Wrångebäck cheese, pickled silver onions, and watercress.

    Served with a white wine sauce flavored with trout roe, chives, and dill, julienned vegetables, and buttered almond potatoes.

  • Beef tenderloin 389 SEK

    Served with potato gratin, tonight’s crispy salad, and classic green pepper sauce flavored with cognac.

  • Mushroom Risotto $27.90

    Creamy risotto with wild mushrooms and shaved winter truffle, sautéed pearl onions, butter-sautéed king oyster mushrooms, and herb oil. Topped with deep-fried oyster mushrooms and Parmesan. Available as a vegan option.
