Golf studio
The studio is located next to the driving range and consists of three studio rooms facing the practice field, a conference room with a full-size putting mat and golf hole, a hall with kitchenette and toilets.
The studio rooms are technologically equipped with Trackmans and Swing Catalyst 3D motion plates and fixed cameras that capture the golf swings. This helps our instructors to provide more accurate analysis so that you can get the right corrections based on your conditions.
During the winter months, we offer certain times open for booking a mat in the studio for our members, so-called Open Training. Staff are then on site, and you book your mat via Sweetspot, much like you book a start time on one of our courses.
Open training
During the winter months, members who have purchased a 2026 membership can reserve a mat at a subsidized rate on Saturdays from January 10 to March 28, between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The price is 200 SEK per mat per hour after the discount has been applied.
You can rent 3 different mats:
Mats 1–3 with access to Trackman and a TV monitor.
If you are a left-handed player and want to have your swing video recorded, you can choose to book mat 1 or 3.
If you rent a mat with Trackman, you can choose to practice with feedback, or play games or different courses, just like at Indoor Golf. The difference here is that you do not see the flight in the canvas in front of you, but in reality out through the gates. If it's cold and we need to close the gates, you see the escape on the TV monitor.

Then simply go to Sweetspot via your mobile device, select Driving Range instead of Golf Courses, and click on the desired Saturday and see bookable times.
