Oavsett om du trivs bäst i grupp eller vill ha fullt fokus på ditt eget spel finns det ett upplägg som passar dig.
Våra kurser ger dig möjlighet att utvecklas tillsammans med andra golfare i ett strukturerat upplägg över tid. Våra lektioner utgår helt från dig och ditt spel, med individuell coachning anpassad efter dina mål och utmaningar.
Många golfare kombinerar båda formerna – kurser för kontinuitet och inspiration, lektioner för att få hjälp med specifika delar av spelet och snabbare utveckling.

Driving range – practice whenever it suits you
The driving range is a natural gathering place for practice—whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your game. Here, you can practice in a spacious, well-equipped setting with plenty of tees and a clear view of the practice area.
Beginner Courses – Your Introduction to Golf
Getting started in golf should be easy and inspiring. At Öijared Resort, we offer beginner courses for children, teens, and adults—with clear, step-by-step programs that guide you all the way from your first swing to your Green Card.
Coaches with extensive experience
At Öijared Resort, you’ll meet one of Sweden’s most experienced coaching teams. Here, you’ll train with PGA-qualified professionals who have extensive experience in elite golf, national teams, the European Tour, and player development at all levels.

Pia har jobbat som golftränare och coach sedan 1989 och på Öijared sedan 1996. Hon brinner för spelarutveckling och för att alla ska hitta sin glädje i golfen, såväl tekniskt som strategiskt och mentalt. Golf är kul och utvecklande!

Golftränare och coach sedan 1989 och på Öijared sedan 1996. Lasse har jobbat med golflandslagen och som coach på herrarnas Europatour i 22 år. Han brinner för människor, utveckling och är även utbildad inom kommunikation och förändringsprocesser. Idag jobbar Lasse även som coach inom näringslivet och inom andra idrotter.

Har en bakgrund som elitspelare och har de senaste tolv åren ägnat sig åt coachning. Brinner för golfteknik och coachning vid spel på banan. Vid sidan av Öijared Resort hjälper Mikael även Svenska Pojklandslaget.

Fostrad i Öijared Golfklubb sen barnsben och med musiken som yrke. Pontus är PGA Club Professional from 2024. Han startade som juniortränare på Öijared 2021 och har sedan 2022 tränat alla kategorier golfare på Öijared Resort.

Fostrad i Öijared Golfklubb. Verksam som juniortränare 2020-21 på Öijared. Kalle har genomgått TAU Tränarassistentutbildningen och har påbörjat sin HTU våren 2025. Kalle tränar alla kategorier golfare på Öijared Resort sedan april 2025.

He grew up in Lerum and has always had a keen interest in sports. Öijared has been a second home for him for about 10 years, and Johan completed his Assistant Coach Training (TAU) in the summer of 2023 and began his Advanced Coach Training (HTU) in the spring of 2024. Since the 2024 season, Johan has coached players in all age groups at Öijared.
