Our objective

The Elite Committee shall work towards:

To have two established Elite League teams, men's and women's, by which is meant teams that have the ability to come top five in the Elite League (team SM)
Getting top three in Gothenburg's highest division
That the players are a role model both inside and outside the club
That the players feel proud to belong to and represent Öijared GK and thereby see it as a matter of course to support the club in various contexts
That the teams primarily consist of players who are raised in the club and not to recruit players but of course welcome players who want to come to the club on their own initiative
That the players, regardless of results, should feel that they have learned things that they can use throughout their lives by being involved in Öijared GK's elite activities.
