Here you will find information such as invitations, offers and news. The information is the same as you get in the newsletters that are published regularly. During the golf season you can expect them every two weeks and otherwise every four weeks but exceptions can of course occur.

Notice to the annual meeting of ÖiGK

– April 15 at 6:30 p.m. – Golf Studio

Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Öijared Golf Club on Wednesday, April 15, at 6:30 p.m. in the golf studio.

Agenda
1. Determination of the voting list for the meeting
2. Question regarding whether the meeting was properly convened
3. Adoption of the agenda.
4. Election of a chairperson and secretary for the meeting.
5. Election of a person to approve the minutes, who will also serve as vote counter and, together with the chairperson, approve the meeting minutes.
6. Presentation and approval of the Board’s annual report, including the annual report and financial statements for the most recent fiscal year.
7. Presentation of the auditors’ report on the Board’s administration during the most recent fiscal year.
8. Adoption of the income statement and balance sheet, and carryover of surplus/deficit to the new fiscal year.
9. Resolution on the discharge of the Board of Directors for the period covered by the audit.
10. Consideration of matters raised by the Board of Directors
11. Consideration of motions received in a timely manner.
12. Determination of the number of other Board members.
13. Election of (a) the club’s president for a term of one (1) year; (b) half the number of other Board members for a term of two (2) years and one (1) alternate Board member for a term of one (1) year. (c) two (2) auditors along with one (1) alternate for a term of one (1) year. Members of the board may not participate in this election; (d) five (5) members of the nominating committee for a term of one (1) year, one of whom shall be appointed chairperson. One of the members shall represent the Board and one shall be appointed by the Section Council.
14. Other matters, information, question time, and general discussion.

Proposals submitted by members must be received by the Board no later than four (4) weeks prior to the annual meeting. The Board shall submit a written statement to the annual meeting regarding the motion received.
