It's time for part two of our series of articles introducing some of our business partners. We want to give you a sense of what it means to be part of our entrepreneurial network and hopefully make you want to be part of it too!
This time it's Robert Albers, founder and CEO of recruitment company WRKFRC who tells us more about himself, his drive to explore and challenge himself and the company he runs.
Robert's life revolves around the company, where the focus is on recruitment and interim assignments to strengthen Swedish business. It is an exciting journey where WRKFRC, as the company is called, strives to create long-term and meaningful partnerships, with both clients and candidates.
Robert's passion is to see people flourish and businesses grow. That's what really energizes him. Robert says that one of the biggest steps he has taken for himself was when he made the decision to resign from a secure job. He did it to follow his own vision and create the company he has today. He says that despite challenges and resistance along the way, it has been worth every step.
His daily life is filled with a variety of interests and activities and in addition to engaging in his company and professional life, music is a big part. He is an enthusiastic guitarist who not only enjoys playing the instrument, but also plays in bands. Music is not just a hobby but a passion that brings a sense of belonging and joy. When the opportunity arises, he likes to explore new places and cultures. Something Robert feels gives him the opportunity to learn and grow as an individual.
Right now, Robert is in the middle of building his own house, and while it's challenging and a lot of work, it's also something that gives him a sense of pride. Being involved in every step of the process gives him a sense of achievement and satisfaction that is hard to beat.
Golf is not surprisingly another passion, although he does not always have the time to devote to it as much as he would like. Nevertheless, he looks forward to having the opportunity to play more in the coming year and enjoy the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the golf course. There will be other training, preferably in the company of his faithful dog, who will happily tag along.
We ask Robert what it gives his company and employees to be part of the Öijared Business Club and he tells us that it means a lot to WRKFRC. This is because it is a network that feels warm and welcoming. They feel that it is a network where you get the opportunity to meet inspiring people, participate in interesting activities and take part in inspiring and developing lectures. It provides new perspectives and opportunities to grow both as an individual and as a business leader.
Some time ago, the company changed its name and brand profile. An important milestone that signaled a change and a new era for the company. You can now see that it has really contributed to growth and brand awareness. Robert is incredibly proud of the change and sees that it has given WRKFRC new opportunities to grow and develop.
The dream of the company is simple but powerful: he aims for growth with stability. Seeing employees and customers succeed and grow is what really drives and the hope is to continue to be a part of that journey and see WRKFRC flourish for a long time to come.
